Refund Policy

MetaBurnX Refund Policy
Effective: September 16, 2025

We believe in MetaBurnX and stand by our formula. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for customers who give the product a fair try.

Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Submit Request: Email support@metaburnx.com within 90 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, full name, and reason for dissatisfaction.

  2. Proof of Use: You may be asked to provide photos of used/empty bottles with the lot number visible or to return unused product (customer pays shipping unless the item was defective).

  3. One Per Household: Refunds are limited to one request per customer/household (name, email, shipping address, payment info may be verified).

  4. Fair Trial Requirement: Refunds are intended only for customers who used the product consistently as directed. Requests that suggest no reasonable trial was made may be declined.

  5. Exclusions: Refunds do not apply to:

    • Orders placed through unauthorized sellers (only valid at metaburnx.com).

    • Customers with a history of repeated refund requests or suspected abuse.

    • Shipping fees, customs charges, or duties (non-refundable).

    • Orders past the 90-day window.

  6. Processing: If approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A small restocking/processing fee ($5) may be deducted.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refunds if there is evidence of misuse, repeated refund claims, bulk purchases, or suspected fraud. Customers who abuse the policy may be permanently ineligible for future purchases.
