Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders may be delayed during high volume periods or holidays.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–6 business days after processing.
• International: 7–16 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
• Free U.S. shipping may apply to certain bundles or promotions.

Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking details are emailed once the order ships.
• Lost or damaged orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery date. Proof may be requested.
